the GazettE: World Tour 2019 Comment
the GazettE are currently on the 2019 world tour, where RUKI took some time out to record a special video message for fans in Europe. Bass player and guitarist REITA and URAHA also joined RUKI to speak about the upcoming dates:
What differences have you experienced playing at home and overseas?
RUKI: Essentially they're fans of the GazettE and are into the same music. Yet, compared to our shows in Japan, people are much more vocal at the shows.
URUHA: It depends on the country but I've definitely noticed different responses in different places. Funny enough those responses are all different ways of showing the same thing; joy and excitement for the world tour.
REITA: Yeah, like URUHA said, there may be differences but generally I can feel the same level of enthusiasm from each place. We are so happy that people get excited waiting for us to hit the stage.
How have your visits to Europe been so far?
RUKI: We’ve visited Europe several times for shows, but what I love most is the mood in the venue. I can feel that fans there listen to our music passionately. Personally, I want to visit various places in Europe.
URUHA: All countries in Europe have beautiful townscape, and I was fascinated by those sceneries. Of course, playing live in Europe is fantastic, and I can't wait to do it again next month.
REITA: Yes, I love the townscape too, there's a pleasant atmosphere. I hope I have the chance to take more trips sightseeing during any spare time I get on tour. There are lots of languages in Europe, but I'm always happy to receive the thoughts of our fans.
Any final messages?
RUKI: This is the first time to visit Europe since the last world tour three years ago, but myself and the GazettE are greatly looking forward to seeing you all. I am sure we can have even more fun than last time, and I hope I can leave behind something valuable. We will do our best, so please wait for us.
URUHA: It is an honour to play shows in Europe, and we will do our best to push for the ultimate show and reach your expectations.
REITA: This is the first time back in three year, I'm looking forward to enjoying it with you all. Invite your friends, let's have some fun!
