LOVEBITES: ‘GOLDEN DESTINATION’ – First Single ONLY Available on CD & Vinyl

LOVEBITES, “one of the most punishing and powerful melodic metal bands on the planet” (Blabbermouth), follow up third album ELECTRIC PENTAGRAM with GOLDEN DESTINATION, the band's first single, available exclusively on physical formats from JPU Records.

The single will have four tracks, including the titular ‘GOLDEN DESTINATION’, the band’s lightning fast love letter to the new wave of British heavy metal. Its music video has just been released on YouTube and features live footage from the band’s recent UK tour with Dragonforce.

In addition, there are also two completely new, unreleased songs included; 'SPELLBOUND', possibly LOVEBITES' most ambitious song yet, with keyboards taking the lead; and 'PUPPET ON STRINGS', combining heavy metal with a fleeting melody. The 22-minute single concludes with a gallant orchestral version of ELECTRIC PENTAGRAM’s roaring opener, 'THUNDER VENGEANCE'.

Once again, all tracks have been produced by Steve Jacobs, and mixed and mastered Finnish engineers Mikko Karmila and Mika Jussila.

GOLDEN DESTINATION is available now on CD and as a limited edition 12" vinyl.

HEAVY METAL NEVER DIES: Live in Tokyo 2021 was recorded at TOKYO DOME CITY HALL within the limits of Japan’s coronavirus restrictions, where venue capacity was limited and fans were not allowed to cheer, LOVEBITES set out to show that even with such limits, HEAVY METAL NEVER DIES!
