Forget what you think you know about Japanese idol groups – ASP ain’t it. Born from Tokyo’s WACK and led by disruptor-in-chief Junnosuke Watanabe, ASP launched in May 2021 as the first act on WACK’s own label since BiSH broke the idol mould.

From handing out free CDs at 46 TOWER RECORDS to launching gigs with ticket lotteries, ASP tore up the rulebook from day one. Their sound smashes genre lines, powered by raw energy and collaborators like MAXIM (The Prodigy) and Sam Matlock (WARGASM).

After conquering all 47 prefectures, they stormed the iconic Nippon Budokan on October 8, 2024—lasers, visuals, chaos: full takeover. Overseas? Six UK shows and counting, with “ASP in the UK Tour” set for September 2025.
