About SAKI:

SAKI is a founding member of NEMOPHILA and lead guitarist of Mary's Blood. For nearly a decade, she has been the highest-ranked Japanese female guitarist in the annual readers' poll of Japan's leading heavy metal magazine, BURRN!. Her combination of technical precision and melodic songwriting has made her one of the leading guitarists of Japan's modern metal scene.

With NEMOPHILA, SAKI performed at the prestigious Nippon Budokan within four years of the band's formation and appeared at major international events including Aftershock Festival in the United States. She has also worked internationally through AMAHIRU alongside former DragonForce bassist Frédéric Leclercq. Outside of her solo work, she is also a member of Like-an-Angel, a project formed by L'Arc-en-Ciel bassist and bandleader tetsuya.

Her solo instrumental releases BRIGHTNESS and GERMINANS both reached No. 1 on the iTunes Instrumental Charts in Japan, the UK and the US. Following the launch of her solo career in 2024, SAKI has broadened her musical activities beyond the metal scene while continuing to showcase the technical excellence and melodic sensibility that have defined her career.
