SCANDAL gave today announced via their Facebook page that the Japanese part of SCANDAL WORLD TOUR 2020 ''Kiss from the darkness'' has been cancelled. The band will, however, perform a special live stream on 21 August 2020 to commemorate their 14th anniversary, consisting of the same setlist, outfits, lighting and visuals that were originally planned for the tour.

The livestream will begin at 11am BST on Friday 21 August 2020, and will be available for a 48-hour period to rebroadcast as much as you like from 11am BST 22-24 August.

Tickets are $30 and available on the link above, and will grant you access to the live broadcast as well as the 48-hour rebroadcast period.

Next week also marks the release of new song "Living in the city", originally recorded at home by TOMOMI. RINA has also compiled a playlist of her favourite songs for the JPU RECORDS PLAYLIST, available for a limited time on Apple Music, Spotify and Deezer.

First, we would like to thank all of our loyal fans for your continued support.

As the domestic performances for SCANDAL WORLD TOUR 2020 "Kiss from the darkness" had been postponed to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we continued to prepare for the rescheduled dates. However, due to the restrictions placed on indoor events even after the ending of the emergency measures, the difficulty in holding a completely safe tour, as well as the unclear venue schedule, we are announcing that we must unfortunately cancel this tour.

We would like to express our sincere apologies for this unfortunate outcome to all fans who were looking forward to our shows. Information regarding ticket refunds will be available through SCANDAL's official website. If you are a ticket holder, please be sure to visit our website.

While we are incredibly sad to announce the cancellation of the tour, we will be performing a livestream concert on August 21st (Friday), which also commemorates our 14th anniversary.
