The battle horns have sounded, and the banners are raised—Japan’s symphonic metal voyagers FATHOMLESS SKYWALKER herald the arrival of their debut full-length album, Anthems of the Resilient! This nine-track epic, brimming with warrior spirit, legendary battles, and symphonic grandeur, is set to unleash its magic upon the digital realms on 13 March 2025, with physical editions manifesting in all known kingdoms on 4 April 2025, via JPU Records and available to preorder now.

Longtime followers of the band will recognise the battle cry of 'Pirates of the Fathomless Sea', which stormed to #4 on Japan’s iTunes Metal Ranking in the summer of 2024, following the top-ten conquest of their prior single 'SEVEN DEADLY SINS'. But these were merely the opening strikes – now, the full campaign is upon us.

Meet the Party of Heroes

At the helm of this mighty guild stands Chihiro, the crimson-haired songstress whose soaring, spellbinding voice merges classical mastery with operatic sorcery. By her side, wielding his electric-axe of fury, is Takuma, the green-maned warrior renowned for his bone-crushing riffs and lightning-fast solos. And at the heart of it all, Tetsu, the ever-steadfast drummer, whose thunderous rhythms strike like war drums summoning even the most reluctant of orcs to bang their heads.

The call of Anthems of the Resilient has already reached some of Japan’s finest metal warriors. Legendary drum icon THOMAS (SEX MACHINEGUNS) proclaimed:

Freddy (SERENITY IN MURDER) leads the orchestral charge, crafting a symphonic backdrop worthy of the gods. Lending their bass-wielding prowess to the quest are Yusuke Kimura (MUJINA), Ryoichi (MONQ, Frost Void), and TAKUMA, adding further depth to the battleground.
