Mary's Blood in London for Metal Matsuri

Mary's Blood has been announced as the headline act for Metal Matsuri at O2 Academy Islington in London, a two-day festival celebrating some of the most exciting names in Japanese heavy metal.

The event, the first of its kind in the UK, will feature ten acts from Japan (including one of our favourite bands; Blood Stain Child) and will be hosted by pig-tailed muscle machine Ladybeard.

Mary's Blood will be headlining the first day of the festival on Friday 4 October 2019, the same day as Mardelas, Rie a.k.a Suzuka, Lipstick and Zeroshiki. The second day will see Unlucky Morpheus headline and Bridear, Fate Gear ft. Ibuki, Blood Stain Child and AYA1000RR (who uses a motorbike shaped guitar!).

Tickets are on sale now, with three options available. Day tickets are priced at £69.88, while a two-day pass will cost £107.19. A VIP upgrade is available to two-day ticket holders for an additional £133.84 that includes access to a pre-party on Thursday 3 October and includes an exclusive t-shirt, poster, patch, laminate, early merch access and access to meet and greet sessions and autograph sessions.
